Scotty Gregoire

Scottie G. Gregoire began his career in the insurance industry in 2000, laying the foundation for a successful business. In 2005, he founded Gregoire Family Insurance, specializing in serving small family artisan contractors. Under his leadership, the company flourished, growing its book to nearly $10 million in premium.

A key milestone in Scottie’s journey was his close friendship with Jeff Williams at AWA, which ultimately led to the strategic merger of Gregoire Family Insurance on June 1, 2024.

Kristina Gregoire

Kristina Gregoire entered the insurance industry to support the family business and quickly rose to the position of CEO, playing a pivotal role in the success of Gregoire Family Insurance. With expertise in commercial underwriting and agency management, Kristina has demonstrated exceptional vision and leadership.
